Introduction

What is it

This document describes the set of APIs called "Questions & Answers" (Q&A), which supports the functionality for interaction regarding product queries between sellers and customers in the sales channels.

This tool aims to provide potential buyers (customers) with additional information about products, helping them to make more informed decisions and reducing uncertainty in the purchasing process.

Sellers are responsible for publishing the products that will be sold through sales channels. Sales channels are e-commerce platforms that offer and sell products such as Magalu, Netshoes and others.

The image below shows the scope (dotted box) that will be covered.

Currently only the sales channel will be available "Magalu - Magazine Luiza, soon the functionality will only be available to sellers who contract the Magalu Marketplace service. In the future, new sales channels may be added.

If you already have integration with Magalu through the old APIs (Integracommerce), your client already has scopes for Questions & Answers. However, users' consent is still required, so implement the authentication and authorization.

If you don't have integration with the old APIs, just follow the request process application creation.
